The investment will include land purchases, rail and road infrastructure costs, building infrastructure, bulk services infrastructure, thereby unlocking various economic opportunities for multiple economic sectors of the economy. A second phase will include Agro-processing, Timber manufacturing, Automotive Assembly, LED Light manufacturing, and much more. The third phase will introduce Office Parks, Retail Centres, hospitals & schools as well as residential developments and various other developments.

This property has irrigation rights to the uMlazi River as well as a very strong borehole and several water storage tanks. Three phase Electricity is supplied from Eskom directly. There are three access points to the property, one via Cato Ridge (through Killarney Valley – road soon to be tarred), another via Tala Game Reserve and a third via Hammarsdale.

The property currently has several agricultural activities underway, which can be continued by the new owners, these include livestock (cattle & sheep) with established lambing and calving facilities, a slaughter area with refrigeration and processing / packing facilities, Lucerne and other grass mixes.
